MEET YOUR COACH, AHMED EID

Ahmed is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in both public service and fitness. With 6 years of experience as a firefighter and another 6 years as a VIP Close Protection Officer in Egypt, he has honed the discipline, resilience, and adaptability required in high-stakes environments. His passion for fitness began in 2008 when he sought a portable workout routine to maintain his strength while traveling extensively for work as a police officer. This led him to discover calisthenics and bodyweight training, which he embraced as a lifelong pursuit.

To grow his expertise, Ahmed earned certifications as a Level 1 and Level 2 coach from the World Calisthenics Organization, along with credentials as a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and a Group Fitness Instructor (AFAA). Beyond his training career, he is a former Egyptian national Greco-Roman wrestling champion and arm wrestling champion, showcasing his prowess in combat sports. With a unique blend of practical experience and fitness expertise, Ahmed is dedicated to helping others unlock their full physical potential, whether at home, in the gym, or on the go.

MEET YOUR COACH, ALEX CEBAN

Alex was born and raised in Moldova Republic and migrated to United States when he was 20 years old. He is now a Certified Personal Trainer based at Times Square offering calisthenics training in NYC. He spent his first 5 years working as a personal trainer in Murray Hill, training hundreds of clients of all backgrounds and genders. He then went on to coach calisthenics in Atlanta and Denver and after several years came back to New York City. Aside from coaching bodyweight training, he also educated personal trainers by doing seminars and workshops while working as a Fitness Manager. His training methods emphasize progressive calisthenics. Accordingly, his program design is built on a principle of increasing strength and skill level that results in dramatic improvement in body composition when combined with proper nutrition.

Alex has spent a significant amount of time on his education. He has attained 14 various personal training certifications and has attended dozens of advanced fitness workshops and seminars with some of the best strength coaches in the world. He is constantly studying and reading about new advances in fitness to incorporate into his training methods. If you are looking for bodyweight training in NYC, he is your person!

We are conveniently located on 37th st & 8th ave in Midtown Manhattan with almost every subway line just a few blocks away. Our New York studio is private and well equipped for proper calisthenics training.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

1 times per week - $67 per session

2 times per week - $64 per session

3 times per week - $61 per session

Monthly rates are based on an average of 4.33 weeks in a month.

Small group personal training is the most popular way to train at our gyms! You’d train with a maximum of 3 other clients during your session. All of you will have completely different programs tailored to your individual goals, so you’ll never have the same workout program as other clients. During the session your coach will be evenly splitting the time spent with each person to ensure proper form, as well as give their feedback if correction is needed. We will help you find the best group to train with based on your availability and preferences.


1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

3 times per week - $120 per session

2 times per week - $125 per session

1 times per week - $130 per session

Monthly rates are based on an average of 4.33 weeks in a month and must be paid in full.

1-on-1 sessions are great for clients who require more attention or who simply feel more comfortable training without other people around. This training option offers our undivided attention for the whole session. Plus, we can chat about how you spent your weekend between sets!

With focus on personalized bodyweight training programs for all fitness levels we cater to beginners, intermediate and advance clients. Conveniently located in midtown Manhattan, our studio provides expert coaching, small class sizes of only 4 people, and a supportive environment to help you achieve real results.
