MEET JORDAN MCGEE

Jordan  has always been driven by speed, discipline, and performance. He began his athletic journey at George Washington High School, where he earned the nickname “Hornet” for his explosive speed and playmaking ability. He went on to compete at the college level at Thaddeus Stevens College and Delaware Valley University as both a wide receiver and defensive back, developing a deep understanding of athletic performance, agility, and conditioning.

Jordan’s passion for training expanded beyond his own performance into coaching. Over the past three years, he has coached youth football, 7 on 7 teams, and NFL Flag Football winning 10 championships while helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, and game level conditioning.

Today, Jordan is a coach, athlete, and organizer with Iron League Philly, one of the fastest growing calisthenics communities in the region. For over two years, he has competed and collaborated with top athletes across Philadelphia, the DMV, New York, and Florida pushing the limits of bodyweight strength and endurance.

Jordan specializes in muscle up and pull up development, helping clients progress from their first strict pull up to advanced explosive muscle ups and high rep endurance sets. His training system focuses on grip strength, pulling power, technique efficiency, and progressive overload, allowing athletes at any level to build real upperbody strength and control.

Jordan believes training should build more than just muscle it should build confidence, discipline, and longevity. His mission is to help every client unlock their athletic potential through structured, high energy training that delivers real results.

We are centrally located in Philadelphia right by Broad Street & Lincoln highway with plenty of parking in the area. Please note we coach by appointment only and cannot accommodate walk-ins.

PHILADELPHIA RATES

1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

3 times per week - $70 per session

2 times per week - $75 per session

1 times per week - $80 per session

Available punch cards: 5, 10, 20 or 30 sessions starting at $80 per session

Monthly rates are based on an average of 4.33 weeks in a month and must be paid in full.

OUR CALISTHENICS SESSIONS INCLUDE:

Strength Training. Build functional, full-body strength through progressive bodyweight exercises, enhancing everyday movement and athletic performance.

Mobility and Flexibility. Improve your range of motion and joint health with targeted exercises to prevent injuries and promote better movement. Master pistol squats, dragon squats and more.

Gymnastics-Inspired Calisthenics. Master impressive skills like handstand push ups and muscle-ups, develop immense strength and control through working on your front lever, human flag and more.

Full Body Focused Training. Strengthen and tone your core, lower and upper body with specialized workouts to achieve functional and aesthetic results.
