WE ARE (OVER)CERTIFIED

We think that best trainers never stop learning! And we definitely strive to be the best personal trainers we can be , which requires us to constantly invest in our continual education. Collectively, we have dozens of certifications and many of us have attended many workshops lead by some of the top professionals in the industry.

During our meetings we don’t waste our time talking about sale techniques like trainers at commercial gyms. Instead we try to learn from each other, help each other with program design, go over proper form for new and old exercise and how to make our sessions more productive and enjoyable for our clients. Each of our trainers has their own unique set of knowledge that they share with other trainers during our in-house workshops. So whether you are looking for calisthenics trainer in New York City or Denver, we have educated coaches for you in both cities.

“Alex not only teaches exemplary human movement, but he makes sure his own movement is exemplary. He walks the walk. His quiet diligence is seen in everything from scheduling to programming to goal-setting to training to achieving goals. And the body you build with Alex is not simply a statue. It’s a body of work and resiliency, learning how to move one’s own bodyweight through space. Injury prevention is paramount with Alex, and he helps you obtain just how great strength feels.”
